We’ve picked the Mandarin Orange Mild Hare for our first Rebel Rabbit tasting. The packaging is great, it looks rebellious and fun. We like the defiant line on the can “In a world glamorized by alcohol, WE ARE THE REBELS”. Nice.

On opening, you get a lovely citrus fragrance, this could be good. When you pour the drink into a glass there is a nice burst of bubbles but it’s pretty colorless (it would have been nice if it was orange, closer to the flavor profile). Our first sip is enjoyable, there is a subtle sweetness and refreshing mandarin taste that goes down very easily.

Could the flavor be a little stronger, perhaps, but this is a lovely seltzer that can be enjoyed day and night.
