Today we’re trying the Plift Crisp Ginger hemp-infused drink, inspired by the classic Moscow mule cocktail. We like the Plift brand focus, to make accessible, flavor-forward hemp beverages.
On opening, there is an appealing, subtle ginger aroma. It smells fresh and crisp. This is followed by a burst of bubbles as you pour which is always good to see. We just wish there was a little more color to drink.
Our first sip is very enjoyable. You run the risk with ginger being overpowering but that is not the case with Plift, this is bold, fresh, and smooth and goes down very easily. It’s a simple flavor profile, but this reminds us of a Moscow mule… bravo. Crisp ginger is the perfect description.
Plift Ginger contains 50 calories and 5g sugar, and comes with 4mg THC making this a highly sessionable drink. This is the kind of drink you can enjoy with friends, or just grab from your fridge after a long day at work, helping you unwind with a buzz that is chilled and relaxed.
