Choosing the right Delta 9 THC drink can depend on several factors, including your personal preferences, experience with THC, and the specific effects and benefits you are seeking. Here are some tips for choosing the right THC drink for you:
Determine your dosage: THC drinks can come in varying dosages, so it’s important to determine how much THC you want to consume. If you’re new to THC, it’s recommended to start with a lower dosage and work your way up. Anything under 10mg is considered low dose. If you want to play it really safe we recommend starting with one of the micro-dose drinks for your first time. Cann is a great option as each drink only has 2mg THC and 4mg CBD.
One of the big benefits of THC drinks over edibles is you know exactly what THC dosage you’re getting.
If you’re a confident cannabis drinker there are 50mg and even 100mg THC drinks. Uncle Arnies packs a serious punch as is a 100mg THC drink. Thunder Pop is a 20mg THC drink.
Select the type of drink: THC drinks can come in different forms, such as sodas, teas, seltzers, sparkling waters, mixers and cocktails (Most are D9 THC drinks now. Read our article on D9 here). Two of our favorite D9 drinks are Plift and Maison Bloom.
Consider the flavor: THC drinks come in a variety of flavors, so choose a flavor that you enjoy and that complements the THC effects you are seeking. One of our favorite flavors is Fable’s Best Zest. It has a great THC and CBD ratio of 7:3 and has been very well crafted, which is just like drinking a premium cocktail. Another is Trail Magic’s Half and Half, a drink that’s even better than an Arnold Palmer.
Look for high-quality ingredients: Look for drinks with THC that are made with high-quality ingredients and free of artificial additives or sweeteners. Read our article on how D9 THC drinks can elevate your well-being (we highlight many D9 THC drinks that all taste great and have low calories and sugar).
Consider the THC:CBD ratio
THC drinks can come in different THC:CBD ratios, so choose a ratio that aligns with your desired effects and benefits. We like the hybrid drinks that contain both as you get the high effect from the THC which balances nicely with the relaxing effects from the CBD. A good ratio is often 1:1or 2:1. WYNK is a lovely tasting D9 drink with a 1:1 ratio.
It’s important to remember that THC affects everyone differently, so it may take some experimentation to find the right THC drink and dosage for you. Start with a low dosage and take it slow. Read our blog for first-time THC drinkers on what to expect drinking a THC beverage

Where can you find THC drinks?
Many dispensaries carry THC beverages, but their selections are usually very limited, and not everyone is comfortable walking into a dispenser.
If you’re in places like Minnesota, you can find THC drinks everywhere. Your hair salon, gas station, Total Wine, you name it. But most aren’t so lucky to be living there.
Which leaves online. The great news is most THC drink brands are now Hemp D9, so can legally sell to most states from their website. Here is a list of Hemp D9 drinks you can get delivered to your door in a few days: Buy online now.
